PRE-ORDER / PICK-UP INFORMATION

We will accept Pre-Orders until the end of business the Wednesday before each Sale Event.
Pre-orders must include Your Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Pick-up Date/Location. *Phone Number Required*
We will send an order confirmation by email (usually within 24 hours) unless your inquiry is placed on Friday or Saturday, we will be traveling or participating in a native plant sale and will be unable to promptly reply. We will respond to all weekend inquiries on Monday mornings. Our pre-order confirmation will note any inability to fill portions of your order. We will send a 2nd email 2 days before your selected Sale Event as a reminder of your order to pick-up.
In the 2nd email we will include total due ($) at time of pick-up, the itemized order we are delivering and any relevant event information we receive from our supporting partners.
We will have all orders clearly marked with a last name on each order and held in a separate area from sale plants. Please ask for assistance when picking up pre-orders.
CASH OR CHECK--Pre-orders MUST be paid for separately from plants selected at the on-site sale. For pre-orders we will accept a CHECK made out to “Ozark Soul” – signed and with current name, address and phone number – or CASH. Change will be given if necessary. We will NOT accept credit card payments for pre-orders. Please feel free to also shop from our on-site inventory, but, again, we ask for separate payment for your pre-orders.
